Social-distancing, self-isolating, shielding – all things which can mean being alone. Loneliness is never nice but at a time like this when there are so many extra things to worry about the effects of loneliness are much worse. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you, or somebody you know, are alone and would benefit from a chat, we have a team of lovely volunteers who will be very happy to regularly phone you to provide company and make sure you’re okay. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
